La-Z-Boy Asia hosted its second successful virtual brand representative training (VBRT) this month to 400 salespeople across the continent.
The event focused on sales techniques to help those in the front line selling La-Z-Boy motion furniture in more than 15 territories including Malaysia, Taiwan, India, Korea and Indonesia, plus many more.
Ratharuj Manaswatcharapong, General Manager of La-Z-Boy Asia Co., Ltd organized the online event. The first was held in 2021 to overcome lockdown restrictions.
He said: “Our online VBRT 2.0 webinar will prepare its distributors across Asia for the hybrid customer service of both online and showroom in order to satisfy all customers’ needs and to lift up selling technique skills of front-liners across Asia market.
