More than 450 sales representatives from retailers throughout 18 countries in Asia attended the first La-Z-Boy Asia virtual training event.
The fully online session gave helpful advice and aimed to refresh product knowledge for popular products in the La-Z-Boy range.
Hosted by general manager Ratharuj Manaswatcharapong, team members Arnold and Andrew shared their decades of technical experience working with the La-Z-Boy brand in a virtual environment. Additionally they shared updated product details and sales strategies.

Blims in the Philippines added: “Congratulations! It was good foundational training and refresher for our people. Also good that it had some practical tips for our sales people that they can communicate to customers.”
