Mark Draper
VICE PRESIDENT, INTERNATIONAL

Mark Draper

Vice president of our International division,  Mark Draper leads the team in delivering our worldwide strategic vision, working closely with our sales subsidiaries, licensees and joint venture partners across all territories. 

Mark joined La-Z-Boy in 2017, initially as account and marketing director. 

In 2019, he was promoted to commercial director, assuming responsibility for the operational side of the business and all commercial functions. The following year he was promoted to managing director of the UK arm of the business, adding Australia and New Zealand to his responsibilities in 2021. He became Vice President of International in 2022.

Before joining La-Z-Boy UK, Mark had extensive experience in sales and marketing. He worked as sales director for QEP, an American business in the trade and home improvement market. He also worked as commercial director at TTi UK, a global manufacturer of power tools.

Jeff Lillich
Director EMEA, LATAM & China

Jeff Lillich

Jeff Lillich is La-Z-Boy’s director of EMEA, LATAM and China. In this role, he is responsible for developing strategy and commercial relationships throughout Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and China.

As a sales and business development leader, Jeff works with manufacturing, wholesale and retail partners in different continents to grow and improve the La-Z-Boy presence across markets.

Before joining La-Z-Boy in 2013, Jeff, who is a dual US and UK national, spent 22 years in international consumer durables working in financially focused roles.

He has a degree in accounting as well as an MBA and is a certified public accountant.

Chad Lechy
Director of Accounting and Regional Controller, International

Chad Lechy

Based in our Michigan, USA, office, Chad Lechy is Director of Accounting and Regional Controller for La‑Z‑Boy International, leading the accounting of the International division, including controllership of our international manufacturing locations in the UK and Thailand.

In his previous role within the organization, Chad led the accounting integration of Joybird post-acquisition, including establishing a financial reporting control framework and implementing accounting system functionality. 

Chad has played a key role on the Joybird leadership team, supporting numerous initiatives and driving efficiencies in both the Joybird and International business processes.

Ratharuj Manaswatcharapong
General Manager - La-Z-Boy Asia

Ratharuj Manaswatcharapong

Ratharuj’s leadership has driven a reduction in operating expenses alongside growth in sales and profits. He has also provided clarity of vision to his team, helping them prioritize resources while keeping them committed.

He successfully spearheaded La-Z-Boy’s ‘Beyond the Recliner’ campaign across Asia, followed by several innovative initiatives during the pandemic, including two rounds of Virtual Brand Representative Training and a Virtual Conference to keep teams and customers connected. He also led new product launches such as the Pedestal and Power Glider introductions, along with exclusive campaigns like the All Black Series. In addition, he highlighted La-Z-Boy’s strengths through purpose-driven campaigns such as Conserve and Specialty Cover. Most recently, he launched ‘The Different World of Well-Being’, a campaign that captured global lifestyle trends and brought a fresh perspective on comfort and wellness to the Asia market.

Before joining La-Z-Boy in 2019, Ratharuj built up 21 years of experience in multinational business, with expertise spanning business development, marketing, finance, and management.

He holds a PhD in Development Administration, a Master’s degree in General Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management, reinforcing his reputation as both a business leader and thought leader.

Trevor Hailes
Merchandising Director, International

Trevor
Hailes

As merchandising director for La‑Z‑Boy International, Trevor Hailes is responsible for developing and executing the company’s international product strategy and plan across all markets and with all plants and external suppliers.

Trevor has 18 years of experience within the furniture industry, working with one of the UK’s best-known furniture retailers, ScS Group Plc, most recently as Group Merchandise Manager. His time there saw him develop a flair and passion for desirable and commercial furniture and he was instrumental in the move to introduce La-Z-Boy to ScS back in 2009. The chain is now one of the leading retailers of La-Z-Boy furniture worldwide.

Trevor studied Sports Science at the University of Northumbria, and Football Management and Administration at Southampton Solent University.

Natasha Wright
Brand Marketing Director, International

Natasha
Shillingford

Brand marketing director for International, Natasha works closely with the US marketing team to ensure a strong, consistent and powerful brand message is communicated throughout all La‑Z‑Boy’s international territories.

Natasha worked with La-Z-Boy in the UK for nine years before joining the International team and managed projects for the brand in the Middle East. She launched and developed a successful PR and marketing consultancy, specialising in the furniture sector.

She has a BA in journalism from the University of Sheffield, UK, and a master’s degree in marketing and communications with distinction. Before moving into marketing and PR, Natasha began her career in news, entertainment and lifestyle journalism.

Brian Winkleman
International Operations Manager

Brian Winkelman

As international operations manager, Brian Winkelman plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of the business, working closely with dealers, distributors and manufacturers.

Brian has a degree in marketing and logistics and has 23 years’ experience in business with a strong focus on managing people, business processes and global logistics and supply chains. He has been a part of the La-Z-Boy team since 2007.

He is highly effective at managing and developing teams and other relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and making key improvements to the business.

Heather Lockhart
International Marketing Specialist

Heather Lockhart

Heather Lockhart is an international marketing specialist who has worked at La‑Z‑Boy for 25 years. Her career began in the customer service department, working closely with dealers in the United States and she has held various positions within the company.

In 2013, she moved across to La-Z-Boy International and she has taken on a number of different duties and responsibilities including merchandising and marketing support and acting as site admin and content manager for the international communications site. 

Heather has also provided invoicing and order support for both the UK side of the business and La-Z-Boy’s partner in China, Kuka.

Brandon Damusis
International DEALER & LICENSEE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Brandon Damusis

Based at our World HQ in Monroe, USA, Brandon joined La-Z-Boy in 2016 and has held various roles in Comfort Care prior to joining the International team.

Brandon works with our partners and licensees to ensure excellent customer service. He is a key point of contact with our factories for order processing, tracking and invoicing.

He also handles secure payment requirements, warranty service claims and replacement parts orders.

In his free time Brandon enjoys DIY projects, fitness and reading

James Hull
Senior Finance Manager, International

James Hull

Based in our UK office, James joined La‑Z‑Boy in 2022 as FP&A Manager for La‑Z‑Boy International.

His role focuses on supporting the finance director and the La-Z-Boy International territories in the delivery of the medium and long-range plans.

Prior to joining La-Z-Boy International, James has held several commercially focused Head of Finance roles within multinational businesses.

Nam Boonthee
International Dealer & Licensee Support Specialist

Nam Boonthee

Nam is based in Chonburi, Thailand, close to the La‑Z‑Boy Thailand factory. She takes care of export order coordination with customers and manufacturing plants to ensure ETS are on track and addressing any queries around customer orders.

Before joining La-Z-Boy, Nam worked for almost 12 years with international business regional customers, in customer service key account and new project/products introduction coordinator roles.
Eugenio Chacon
LATAM Business Development Rep

Eugenio Chacon

Based in Mexico City, Mexico, Eugenio joined the La‑Z‑Boy International team in July 2024, overseeing the Latin America market from Mexico to Argentina and the Caribbean for sales, marketing, strategy and business development.

Eugenio has a wealth of experience with major retailers in the LATAM region. 

Prior to joining La-Z-Boy he has worked in business development roles in companies including Steelcase, General Electric and South Shore Furniture.

Fiona Harden
Executive Administrative Assistant

Fiona Harnden

Based in the UK team, Fiona is responsible for managing the schedules of the UK & International leadership team and supporting local HR duties, reporting into La-Z-Boy Incorporated. Her role involves taking ownership of the running of the UK and International head office and everything associated with it.
